Treasurer Jean Carr 631-3711 Assist with annual budget & the Ideal Year of Scouting (IYS) Maintain pack checking account Maintain account at Scout Shop Submit monthly financial statement to Committee Chair Collect money from dens for membership, fees, etc.
Fund Raising Chair Jean Carr 7/631-3711 Build and maintain Fund Raising Committee Oversee building and implementation of fund raising Oversee building and implementation of IYS
Advancement Chair
Have knowledge of Cub & Webelos advancement plans Help with Webelos graduation ceremony Promote use of advancement/attendance charts and Helps books with dens
Collect advancement reports monthly to use to purchase awards
Maintain advancement chart for Pack.
Submit chart to Cubmaster, Committee Chair & Pack Secretary
Public Relations & Service Chair
Seek service projects for the committee to consider
Record in pictures, printouts, etc. the pack year
Work with committee to promote membership (roundup)
Produce monthly pack newsletter to inform parents
Utilize news media to promote pack activities
Outings Chair
Seek outings for the committee to consider, present at leader's meetings
Plan for outings ie. Logistics, permission slips, health records, permits, etc.
Locate new areas for outdoor activities
Plan first aid for emergencies
Assist with promotion and planning of Day & Resident Camps
Be aware of BSA health and safety requirements
Membership and Registration Chair
Conduct re charter with Committee Chair and Chartered Organization
Arrange for annual membership inventory & uniform inspection
Assist with ensuring a smooth crossover to Boy Scouts
Assist with planning & conducting roundup
After roundup make sure an updated roster gets to all leaders

Have knowledge of all training opportunities in Cub Scouts
Promote attendance of training courses & roundtable
Assist with coordination of Fast Start Training for new leaders
Assist with setting up program for training parents
Develop and maintain a library for use by leaders
Pinewood Derby Chair
Build and maintain the Pinewood Derby committee (4 people)
Hold necessary Pinewood Derby committee meetings
Conduct Pack Pinewood Derby workshop
Maintain pack Pinewood Derby track, records & supplies
Develop, promote and run annual PWD event
Maintain results and report to the district
Blue & Gold Chair
Build and maintain Blue & Gold committee (4 people)
Hold necessary Blue & Gold committee planning meetings
Maintain B&G records & supplies
Develop, promote and run annual B&G event
Every Committee position should:
